Pricing Information

The COCFE 2025 Fraud Conference is offered either in person at Arvada Center (6901 Wadsworth Blvd, Arvada, CO 80003) or Online via Zoom. Pricing is the same for in-person and Zoom attendance.

The advanced registration deadline is Thursday, October 16, 2025, at 5 pm MDT. After that, the conference will be priced at the DOOR pricing for all registrations.*

Refund policy/cancellation policy – To receive a full refund, cancellations must be received no later than 5:00 pm MDT Thursday, October 16, 2025.  Cancellations after that will incur a $200 fee.  If you are unable to attend the meeting – please feel free to substitute an associate or friend in your place. If you are a member and they are not a member – your guest will be charged the difference between the member and guest fee.  If you don’t attend the conference, you will not be eligible to receive a refund. We have to pay our vendors and caterers for all who signed up whether or not they attend. We appreciate your understanding. We shall waive this requirement only for verifiable emergencies. To cancel your attendance – send an email to training@cocfe.org.
